A successful and highly regarded construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Project Manager to join the team, to work across Retail, Commercial, Leisure, Education & Industrial projects up to $20m.
They're renown for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship and ensuring clients’ needs are a priority. Over the last couple of year's they've experienced steady growth and have an established, dynamic and high performing team.
The Role:
As the Project Manager you will work closely with the Director, ensuring the successful running of D&C and Construct only projects, providing guidance and support to the site teams across the complete construction lifecycle.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ Years Project Management experience in Commercial Construction
- Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- $130k - $200k + Super + Package (DOE)
- Steady flow of secured work with a busy 2025 for you to hit the ground running
